Joe Glennon and his commercial real estate team have been successful throughout the
Delaware Valley, North Jersey and New York for decades by putting the client's interest

Glennon managed and leased Multifamily and commercial office space for Manhattan
Management Company for twenty four years. He was the Asset Manager and Leasing Director
of MMC's flagship building, the Cherry Tree Corporate Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Glennon's team focused on the customer, especially during the pandemic when new tenants were scarce. He helped his clients do business and achieved high rates of lease renewals. “We created value for our clients”. This is one reason tenants kept renewing their
leases. Cherry Tree became the most sought-after building in the area, with 100 percent
occupancy and a TOBY Award from BOMA.
